Flows, hierarchy and type are settled before production, so the build is never where design decisions get made by accident.

Discovery
We start with the problem, the people who will use the result and what already exists, then write down what is in scope and what is not. Pricing is quoted once that scope is understood.
Design
Flows, hierarchy, type and colour are resolved before production code. For an application, the two or three screens the work happens on are clickable first, so no design decision is made by accident during the build.
Build
Typed code, pages served as HTML and structured data on every template. Applications ship in vertical slices, one complete feature at a time, deployed and usable, so progress is something you can open.
Launch
Speed, contrast, keyboard access and structured data are checked as release gates: a build that regresses them does not ship. You receive the repository, the deploy pipeline and written documentation of how the parts fit together.
Support
After launch the work continues as a monthly engagement or stops cleanly. Some clients keep us for releases and upkeep; others hand the codebase to their own team. Either way the accounts are yours.
