The brief

SAVESTIQ takes owners, investors and developers through tourism accommodation licensing in Malta, from host family and guest house licences to hotels and aparthotels. People arrive unsure which licence they need and what the process involves, so the site had to make that clear before the first conversation.

What we built

An Astro website with five service pages, one per kind of licence and advisory work, and a process page that sets out the eight stages from first assessment to inspection. Twenty-eight questions are answered across the site, grouped by topic, alongside a feasibility checklist. Enquiries go through a form or WhatsApp.

Search, answers and AI assistants

Every page has its own title and canonical address, and the service pages carry breadcrumbs. Until the client signs off the content and the legal pages, the site is on its own domain but closed to search engines on purpose. One switch opens indexing, the sitemap and the llms.txt summary together on launch day, so nothing unconfirmed is ever crawled. This is how we approach SEO, AEO and GEO work before a launch.

Where it stands

Built and on its domain. It opens to search once the client has confirmed the content.

Questions consultants and advisory firms ask usAnswered from what we built for SAVESTIQ Hospitality & Advisory.

Do you build websites for consultants and advisory firms?

Yes. For SAVESTIQ we built five service pages, one per kind of licence and advisory work, a process page, 28 answered questions grouped by topic and a feasibility checklist.

How do I explain a complicated process on my website?

One stage at a time. SAVESTIQ's process page sets out eight stages, from first assessment to inspection, so a visitor sees where they are and what comes next before the first conversation.

Can clients contact me on WhatsApp from my website?

Yes. SAVESTIQ takes enquiries through a form or WhatsApp, so a visitor can use whichever they prefer.

Can my website stay off Google until the content is approved?

Yes. SAVESTIQ is on its own domain but closed to search engines on purpose. One switch opens indexing, the sitemap and the llms.txt summary together on launch day, so nothing unconfirmed is crawled.

Should my consultancy website have an FAQ section?

If people arrive unsure what they need, yes. SAVESTIQ answers 28 questions across the site, grouped by topic, because most visitors first need to know which licence applies to them.
