Terms of use
These terms apply to browsing this website. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what we do, shows work we have done, and lets you get in touch. Actual projects run on a written agreement, not on this page.
What these terms cover
By using drasyo.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "Drasyo" mean Drasyo, a software and design company based in Sliema, Malta. How we handle personal data is described separately in the privacy policy.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share links to its pages, and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. You may not use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages, to probe or overload it, to scrape it for resale, or in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other people's use of it. The contact form has an anti-spam check; submissions that trip it are discarded.
Our content
The text, design, illustrations, code and interactive scenes on this site are ours or licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page they came from. Reproducing pages, articles or designs in full, or presenting our work as your own, needs our written permission first.
We publish plain-text and Markdown versions of key pages, and an llms.txt index, so that search and answer engines can read the site accurately. Using those files to cite and attribute our content is welcome. Using them to reproduce it without attribution is not.
Client work shown here
Case studies describe work we carried out for named clients and are published with their agreement. Client names, logos and product names belong to their owners and appear only to identify the work. Figures quoted in a case study were true when it was written; they describe one project and are not a promise of what a different project will achieve.
Lab experiments and tools
The Lab contains experiments and small tools we built to explore an idea. They are provided as they are, free of charge, for interest. They may be changed or removed at any time, and their output, including any score or assessment a tool gives, is illustrative rather than advice you should rely on without checking.
Pricing information
Figures on the pricing page and on service pages are indicative starting points, quoted in euro and excluding VAT. They are there to help you judge fit, not an offer that can be accepted as it stands. The price for a piece of work is the one in the written proposal we send you after we have understood the scope.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including client sites and sources we cite. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. A link is a reference, not an endorsement.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law.
Working with us
If you hire us, the engagement is governed by the proposal and agreement we sign for it, including its scope, timeline, fees, intellectual property and confidentiality terms. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed documents apply. This page does not create a contract for services.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer in your own country. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
