What happens after you send it?
The form posts to our own endpoint, which validates it and emails it to the studio inbox with your address set as the reply-to. That means a reply lands in the same thread rather than arriving from a no-reply address. If the send fails for any reason you are told so on screen — the form never reports success it did not achieve.
What is useful to include?
The site you already have, and the one thing you want more of. Those two together are usually enough to say something specific back. Company name and current website are optional fields for exactly that reason: if you have them, they save a round of questions.
How does pricing work?
Three ways, depending on the work: a fixed price for a defined scope, an ongoing monthly engagement for work that does not finish, or a custom scope where existing constraints decide the shape. Which one applies comes out of the scope, so the number follows the conversation rather than leading it.
Do you work outside Malta?
Yes. We are based in Sliema and work across Malta and the European Union. The work is remote by default, which is why the location matters less than the timezone.
