What happens after I contact Drasyo?
Your message is emailed to the Drasyo inbox with your address set as the reply-to, so our reply lands in the same thread rather than from a no-reply address. We review the details and come back with what we would change first. If the send fails, you are told so on screen.
What should I ask a web design agency before hiring one?
Ask who will own the website, code and accounts; whether the price is fixed or hourly; who will actually do the work; whether you can see live sites they have built; and what happens after launch. Our answers: you own it, project work is a fixed price for a defined scope, one team does the work, and our case studies link to live sites.
Should I hire a freelancer or an agency?
A freelancer suits one well-defined job in one skill. A company suits work that spans design, build, search and automation, because nothing is lost in a handover between suppliers. Whichever you choose, ask what happens if that person or team stops working on it.
Do you offer white-label web development for agencies?
Yes. Agencies can bring us website and app builds to deliver under their own brand: your agency stays the name the client sees and keeps the client relationship, and we design, build and test the work behind it. Each project is scoped and quoted like our own, as a fixed price for a defined scope.
Do you work with businesses outside Malta?
Yes. We are based in Sliema, Malta, and work with businesses worldwide. The work is remote by default, so location matters less than agreeing working hours across time zones.
