Reservations that run without a phone call
A family-run Valletta restaurant with no real home online: no menu to browse, no way to book outside opening hours. We built both.

The problem
Galea’s Kitchen is a Maltese and Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Valletta, family-run and busy in person. Online it barely existed. Diners could not browse the menu or book a table outside opening hours, and the restaurant’s character — the thing that fills it every evening — came across nowhere on the web.
What we did
A fast, atmosphere-first site with the full food and drinks menus, a photo gallery, and a booking call-to-action on every page. Location, opening hours and signature dishes were structured so the restaurant is easy to find in local search and easy for an answer engine to quote correctly.
Reservations moved online and run around the clock, which took the after-hours booking calls off the pass during service.
What changed
Menus are readable on a phone without pinching. Opening hours resolve correctly in local search rather than being guessed from a directory listing. And the booking flow works at 11pm, which is when a good proportion of table requests actually arrive.
