Accurit Accountancy, accountancyAn accounting firm that answers the tax question before the first call

The brief

Accurit is an accounting firm in Sliema offering bookkeeping, tax, VAT, payroll and advisory, on a fixed fee agreed before work starts. The site had to explain that offer to Maltese business owners in their own terms, and the firm wanted to edit it day to day without a developer.

What we built

We designed and built the site in Next.js, then ported it to a custom WordPress theme and plugin so the firm can run it from the WordPress admin. Six service pages and eight industry pages each open with a plain answer. A VAT calculator, an income tax calculator and a take-home pay calculator, plus a company formation checklist and a filing calendar, give owners something useful before they get in touch.

Enquiries come through three forms and are kept in the admin as well as emailed. The WordPress side runs on 48 custom blocks and six content types, with the calculator rates editable as fields. Old addresses from the previous site redirect to the new pages, and analytics wait for cookie consent. See our website builds.

Search, answers and AI assistants

Every page has its own title, description and canonical address. The structured data describes the firm as an accounting service with its address, contact details, opening hours and a catalogue of its six services, with FAQ markup on the pages that show questions and breadcrumbs on inner pages. Each service page answers four questions and each industry page three, written as the questions owners actually ask. The build was audited against the same search framework we use on drasyo.com, as part of our SEO, AEO and GEO work.

What the firm has now

A website it can edit itself, that answers the questions owners ask about tax, VAT and payroll in Malta, with calculators that do the sums for them.

Questions accounting firms ask usAnswered from what we built for Accurit Accountancy.

Do you build websites for accountants and accounting firms?

Yes. For Accurit Accountancy in Sliema we built a site with six service pages and eight industry pages, each opening with a plain answer, plus enquiry forms that are kept in the admin as well as emailed.

Can I add a VAT or tax calculator to my accounting website?

Yes. Accurit's site has a VAT calculator, an income tax calculator and a take-home pay calculator, plus a company formation checklist and a filing calendar. The calculator rates are editable fields, so the firm can update them when the rules change.

Can I edit my accounting website myself, without a developer?

Yes. Accurit's site runs on a custom WordPress theme and plugin with 48 custom blocks and six content types, so the firm edits pages, rates and content from the WordPress admin.

Can my website save enquiries as well as emailing them?

Yes. Accurit's three enquiry forms keep every submission in the WordPress admin as well as emailing it, so an enquiry is not lost if a message goes astray. Analytics wait for cookie consent, and old addresses from the previous site redirect to the new pages.

How does an accounting firm get found in AI answers?

By answering the questions owners actually ask, in plain words on the page. Each Accurit service page answers four questions and each industry page three, and the structured data describes the firm, its address, opening hours and six services.
