The brief
Acqua Blu is a restaurant on the Senglea waterfront, across the Grand Harbour from Valletta. It needed a website that shows the food and the setting, keeps the menu and drinks current, and sends guests to its own booking system.

What we built
A fully static Astro website with the menu, a drinks list of 111 wines, cocktails and spirits, the restaurant's story, a gallery, a visit page with a map, private events, offers and gift vouchers. Menu items open in their own detail view. Reserve buttons go straight to the restaurant's booking system. The map only loads once a visitor agrees, so the site sets no cookies by default.
Search, answers and AI assistants
Every page has its own title, description and canonical address, and the build fails if one is missing. The structured data describes the restaurant with its address, and the menu and drinks pages are marked up item by item, with every dish and drink and its price, so search engines and AI assistants can quote them accurately. Inner pages carry breadcrumbs, every page has its own share image, and the sitemap dates come from real edits rather than build times. New pages go to Bing and the other IndexNow engines with one command. This is our SEO, AEO and GEO work.
